Aims of HSPCCO

• To provide educational opportunities to local children at no cost to their families

• Provide students with practical and vocational skills training

• Offer personal, ethical and social guidance to students, and instruct them in human rights as recognized by the UN

• Provide student support in the form of sponsorships for school supplies, uniforms and supplemental private education

• Provide foster care to otherwise homeless and destitute children

• Provide free medical and dental services

• Act as an agent of change and development within the local community
